Piggabeen Sports Complex Masterplan

The Better Cities Group were commissioned by Tweed Shire Council to work with key stakeholders of the Piggabeen Sports Complex to develop a ten year masterplan for the site.

Piggabeen is home to the Tweed Seagulls rugby league club who play in the QRL and also the Tweed Seagulls Juniors.

This masterplan provides a long term vision for the Complex, identifying the key existing and future users of the facility, what the site should look like and how it should and could function in the future. The master plan considers the next 10 year period from 2020 to 2030 and guide future sports infrastructure development and investment, both by Council and the club(s) through funding applications and/or club capital investments.
