The Better Cities Group were engaged to develop a strategy for the State and Federal Government’s which would enable the return of International students. With the closure of International borders due to COVID-19 restrictions a strategy is required to enable the safe return of students for the benefit of the ELICOS, TAFE and the university sectors.
