Gold Coast International Education Business Case

The Better Cities Group were commissioned by Study Gold Coast to develop a business case requesting that the Federal Government reconsider its classification of the Gold Coast as a metropolitan centre. This classification significantly impacted the City’s ability to attract International students - an important plank of the education sector on the Gold Coast.

The Federal Government accepted the business case for policy review and changed the city’s classification, effectively generating a multi-million economic benefit for the City and the education sector.
